Services Description

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Unlabored's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our explicit written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNLABORED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNLABORED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
UNLABORED DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION GENERATED BY OUR AI SYSTEMS AND DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNLABORED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNLABORED'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO SUCH CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unlabored, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unlabored operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in said jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter.
Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
